Are your cars cleaned or disinfected with regard to COVID19 / CORONA
Yes, all our cars are cleaned and disinfected immediately after every rental period.
We have purchased a machine for this purpose to also clean / disinfect the upholstery.
Our employees wear protective clothing.

Can you bring the car to our hotel on Crete?
Yes, we bring the car to your hotel or apartment.
Check for delivery fee.
Do I have to pay the car in advance?
No that is not necessary.
We only ask for a deposit of 15% of the rental amount, the rest
upon delivery of the car, in cash or by credit card.
If you still want to pay the whole rental amount,
this is possible on our bank account.
Always state the reservation number.
We also can send you a PayPal or Credit card request.
Do we need a credit card to rent a car?
You do not need a credit card to rent a car with us.
Regarding the payments, we accept;

We have an office in Chersonissos.

Do you have offices or parking lots at the airport?
Yes, we have offices and parking lots on Heraklion airport
and Chania airport.
Due to the Corona my trip will be canceled, will I get my deposit back?
Yes, your reservation will be canceled free of charge and the deposit will be refunded.
We also did this to all our customers in 2020, we do not give any unsolicited vouchers.
I have made a reservation or made a question via the contact form and I did not receive an answer by email.

What are the conditions for a "One Way Rental"?
A One way rental is allowed from 1 week rental.

Why does Eye Drive require a deposit?
